Martin Arvidson is an experienced finance and IT professional currently serving as the Head of Swedish Lending and Head of Development at Swedbank since November 2023. Prior to this, from August 2003 to November 2023, Arvidson held various leadership roles at Handelsbanken, including Head of IT-development in Financing & Credits, Head of IT for Core Banking, and Head of IT development focused on front-end/web development, application infrastructure, and frameworks. Arvidson also contributed as Deputy Head of IT development for International Core Systems and held project management and IT security specialist positions. Additionally, Arvidson served on the board of Handelsbanken Liv from July 2021 to August 2023. Arvidson earned a Master's degree in Computer Technology from Linköping University between 1997 and 2003.
