Sofie Stamfjord

Sofie Stamfjord is an experienced operational lead at Swedbank, specializing in business development and initiatives for Pega CLM and the KYC/AML program since May 2020. With a strong background in strategy and transformation within the Group Economic Crime Prevention unit, Sofie has a proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, and data development, accompanied by extensive leadership training. Prior roles include decision strategist at Bonava and CRM manager for Bonava's Sweden business unit, where customer-centric communication and brand awareness were key focuses. Sofie has also served as a marketing consultant for IKEA Group and has a solid educational foundation with degrees in Economic Studies and Media Communications from Jönköping University, supplemented by a course at Berghs School of Communication.
