Jordann Gilmer

Jordann Gilmer is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in surgical services management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Surgical Services at Swedish since August 2023, Jordann previously held the position of Nurse Manager (DA) at KAISER PERMANENTE WEST LOS ANGELES MEDICAL CENTER from November 2022 to June 2023. Additional roles include Interim Nurse Manager for El Camino’s Outpatient Surgery Center, RN Coordinator for Spine Surgery at Keck Medicine of USC, and various perioperative nursing positions at UCLA Health and the Center for Orthopedic Surgery. Prior experience encompasses nursing management roles at Providence Health & Services, Cedars-Sinai, and Harborview Medical Center. Jordann holds a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University.
