JD Usry

JD Usry is currently the Controller at Sweetwater Brewing. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Brady Ware from November 2010 to October 2015. There, they audited financial statements for companies in the manufacturing, distribution, franchising, construction, and not-for-profit sectors, as well as employee benefit plans. JD was also the Asset based lending (ABL) auditor for the Brady Ware Atlanta market. Before that, JD Usry worked as a Staff Auditor at Smith & Howard from January 2008 to November 2010 where they audited financial statements for entities in the manufacturing, distribution, education, and not-for-profit sectors, as well as employee benefit plans. Prior to Smith & Howard, Veterinary Metrics from January 2007 to December 2007 where they worked as a Quality Control software tester assisting the software team in the development of new products.

JD Usry has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Science, Technology, and Culture from Georgia Institute of Technology. JD is certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
