Dheeraj VP is an experienced professional with a background in mechanical engineering and a strong track record in customer care and service management. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Service at Switch Mobility since July 2022, Dheeraj focuses on developing carbon-neutral transport solutions for communities worldwide. Previously, Dheeraj spent over 15 years at Mahindra Rise as a Senior Manager in Customer Care, where responsibilities included dealer development, customer satisfaction improvement, and revenue generation. Dheeraj's career also includes various roles at Essar Telecom Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., starting as an O&M Executive.
