Amr Shalaby

Amr Shalaby is an experienced professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Account Management & Customer Experience at Kashier since June 2024 and as the Head of Customer Success at Swvl since February 2022. Previously, Amr held various roles at Orange Egypt from September 2008 to February 2022, including Manager of SME & SOHO Sales, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting and training sales teams, developing business lounges, and ensuring quality customer service. Amr also contributed as a Lead in SME & SOHO Sales and Customer Center operations, focusing on sales and customer satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Executive Management from The American University in Cairo (2016-2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce (2001-2005).
