Ulrik Schreiner

Ulrik Schreiner is the Sales Director for Sydbank, a Danish bank. Ulrik has been with the company since May of 2017 and is responsible for leading the development team for new business ventures for the bank's private customers. This includes developing concepts and segments, customer data, sales, and digital solutions.

Some of their key responsibilities include inspiring and motivating the team, developing and training employees in sales and customer management, as well as overseeing the development of the bank's CRM system with a focus on customer experiences, advisor behavior, and lead generation.

Ulrik has a long history in the financial sector, having worked their way up from humble beginnings. Ulrik started their career as a trainee at Den Danske Bank in 1987 and has since held various positions at several banks and financial institutions. In 2003, they became the Head of Business Development for Jyske Bank, a position they held for four years before being promoted to Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking in 2007. Ulrik left Jyske Bank in 2010 to join Sydbank as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development for Private Banking. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic development of customer satisfaction and the digital customer relationship. Ulrik was promoted to their current position in 2017.
