Nicolas Peeters

Nicolas Peeters is a seasoned professional in global trade compliance, currently serving as the Global Trade Compliance Manager for Northern Europe at Syensqo since December 2023. With a robust background in trade policy and customs legislation, Nicolas is also a member of the Private Sector Consultative Group at the World Customs Organization and previously held the role of Global Trade Compliance Manager at Solvay. Nicolas has led initiatives in MedTech Europe as Chair of the WCO and customs issues working group and has extensive experience in logistics and trade compliance across various organizations, including Johnson & Johnson and Damco. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics with a focus on Transport & Logistics from the University of Antwerp and a postgraduate qualification in Cross Functional Customs Management.
