Charly Shugg

Charly Shugg is currently the Partner and COO at Sylint Group. Prior to this, they were with GC3T.

Shugg has an extensive background in the military, having served as the Commander of the Joint UAS Center of Excellence and Vice Commander of the 24th Air Force. In these positions, they were responsible for developing the first Concept of Operations for Department of Defense UAS and overseeing the execution of cyberspace operations for the Air Force.

Shugg has also served as a consultant for various government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Aviation Agency. Charly is a highly decorated military officer, having been awarded the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal, and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal.

Charly Shugg earned a B.S. in Economics & Management from the United States Air Force Academy. Charly then went on to earn an M.A.S in Airpower Art & Science from the USAF Air University. Next, they earned an M.S in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University. Finally, they earned an M.S in Business Management from Troy University.
