Symend appoints PehKeong Teh as Chief Product Officer

Debt recovery company Symend has announced the appointment of PehKeong Teh as its Chief Product Officer. Mr. Teh will focus on building Symend’s capacity and continue delivering an engaging product that attracts and retains global clients. “We’re facing a significant turning point in Symend’s history where the product and engineering team is rapidly growing to keep up with customer demand,” said Symend CEO and Co-Founder Hanif Joshaghani. “There is no better time to appoint Peh to guide the strategic direction of the product function as we fulfill our vision of delivering a leading-edge product to transform the science of customer engagement on a global scale.” Mr. Teh has more than 14 years of experience working with global cloud companies, particularly in the product space. He has served for world renowned companies including Microsoft and Oracle, and most recently was head of product for Salesforce’s fastest growing cloud businesses. “Symend’s human approach is the key to unlocking customer retention which accelerates its potential to become a category leader at all stages of the customer journey,” said Mr. Teh. “I am excited to join Symend as it humanizes a critical market that has been traditionally underserved and poorly treated.
