Patti Yedor

Patti Yedor, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Enterprise Delivery Manager at Symetra, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Patti was the Senior Director of IT Project & Portfolio Management at Trustmark from January 2024 to September 2025. Patti spent a significant portion of the career at Allstate from 1999 to December 2023, where positions included Senior Manager of Program Management for Allstate Digital Life, focusing on digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration; Product Engineering Manager, innovating digital life insurance solutions; and Senior Technical Program Manager, overseeing critical platform implementations. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior IT Project Manager and IT Manager at Allstate, and positions as Senior Software Developer and Software Developer in financial services applications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
