Nicholas Standage has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Nicholas started their career at Prestige Travel and Tours, where they provided IT support and sales, implemented a database system, and collaborated on holiday package preparation. After that, they worked at Frotcom International as a Marketing and Network Management professional, where they performed business development campaigns, managed Google Adwords campaigns, and supported the company's global certified partner network. Nicholas then joined PAU Education as a Senior Project Coordinator, where they coordinated and led a team, organized events and workshops, implemented social media strategies, performed search engine marketing campaigns, conducted email marketing campaigns, created web content, and analyzed performance metrics. Following this, they worked at ESADE Business & Law School as a Business Intelligence Associate Director. Currently, Nicholas is employed at Symplicity Corporation in a role focusing on strategic consulting, client success, and product development. In this position, they advise Higher Education Institutions, develops pre-sales tools, performs business process re-engineering, defines RFIs and RFPs, and engages in business process design.

Nicholas Standage completed their Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer and Management Sciences at the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business at Aston Business School from 2007 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas has obtained various certifications, primarily from LinkedIn. These certifications include "Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy," "Generative AI: Working with Large Language Models," "Sales Strategy: Using AI and Automation to Sell More," and "Artificial Intelligence for Marketing," all of which were obtained in 2023.
