Elke Kegelmann

Elke Kegelmann is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resource management across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Director for Global HR Strategy Execution, Global Transformation Management Office, and EAME TNH Food & Beverage at Symrise AG since July 2020, Kegelmann has previously held significant roles at Sartorius, including Head of Divisional HR Business Partner BPS and Global Head of Human Resource Management. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Galeria Kaufhof GmbH and Sana Klinikum Remscheid. Kegelmann holds a diploma in Social Economy from The University of Göttingen, as well as qualifications in systemic counseling from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie, Beratung und Familientherapie e. V., and further education from Harvard Business School and IFS Institut Munich.
