Eugene Koran

Eugene Koran is a machine learning expert who has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Eugene started their career as a data science fellow with Galvanize Inc, where they worked on projects related to deep learning, natural language processing, and big data. Eugene then moved on to Synapse, where they are currently working as a machine learning engineer. Some of their notable projects include a tweets classifier that can predict disastrous events with 81.5% accuracy, and a jokes recommender system that uses NMF to cluster jokes and identify relevant topics.

Eugene Koran graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Belarusian State Economic University. Eugene also has certification from Stanford Lagunita in Statistical Learning.
