Rachel Craig

Customer Service at Synapse

Rachel Craig is currently a customer service representative at Synapse. Rachel previously worked as an intern in corporate and institutional banking at PNC from May to August 2018. In this role, they supported relationship managers working with clients with revenue between $50 million and $1 billion, attended multiple line of business discussions to gain a better understanding of the banking industry and PNC services, and assisted underwriters and credit officers with loan proposals by becoming familiarized with PNC's credit policy.

From April 2017 to January 2018, Rachel Craig served as the Vice President of Fundraising for Delta Sigma Pi. In this role, they developed a fundraising strategy that raised over $1,500 through external sources in one semester, networked with businesses and individuals to create events, and collaborated with an executive board of 15 members to ensure proper chapter operations.

Rachel Craig has also held positions as a student assistant at Miami University from January 2017 to May 2019 and as a banquet server at Shady Hollow Country Club Co from October 2015 to August 2018. Rachel began their working career as a barista at Buehler Food Markets, Inc. from December 2013 to September 2015.

Rachel Craig has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University with a major in finance and a minor in Spanish. Rachel also studied business and advanced conversational Spanish in Argentina at Miami University. Rachel Craig is certified by FINRA in SIE, Series 7, and Series 79, and by NASAA in Series 63.
