Scott Vasey serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager at Synapse Health since August 2025, overseeing business operations, strategy, and performance with full P&L responsibility. Prior to this role, Scott was the President of Home Health, Hospice, and DME at HarmonyCares, managing comprehensive home-based care services across fourteen states. Scott's experience also includes senior leadership roles at AmeriHealth Caritas, myNEXUS®, and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, focusing on network management, strategic partnerships, and innovative models of care. With a foundational background in network relations at UPMC, Scott holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in Social Work, Legal Studies, and Public Health.
