Maia Jones is the Director of Human Resources at Synaptive Medical. Maia has been with the company since May 2013, and in that time, they have been instrumental in its growth from 12 employees to over 300. Maia has a strong background in strategy and budgeting, and they have used their skills to develop an HR strategy that is aligned with the business priorities of Synaptive Medical. Maia has also managed a budget of $500,000 for the company.

In addition to their work in strategy and budgeting, Maia has also been responsible for leading the recruitment of new employees at all levels within the company. Maia has also worked closely with the Board Compensation committee to determine executive and employee bonus plans and option grants. Maia has also implemented the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system, which includes modules for compensation, performance, learning management, onboarding, engagement, and applicant tracking
