Austin Gardner

Austin Gardner is the current Head of Customer Experience at Syncari. Prior to this, they were with On Deck, Shopmonkey.io, WordPress VIP, and Telaria. Austin has also worked as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at YuMe. Austin has over 8 years of experience in customer success and account management. Austin is responsible for setting the foundation of Customer Success as Syncari rapidly scales out their SMB, mid-market, and enterprise teams. Austin is also driving retention and increasing expansion revenue through upsells and customer-led marketing initiatives.

Austin Gardner's educational career includes a BS in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and certification from LinkedIn in SEO: Link Building in Depth. Austin is currently pursuing an Industrial Engineering degree at Azusa Pacific University.
