Lakshmi Gayathri Neti has extensive experience in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Ombuds and Ethics Analyst and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Synchrony since November 2004. In this role, Lakshmi is responsible for developing leadership programs, supporting HR initiatives, and addressing employee concerns.
