Eric Chow

Eric Chow, PharmD, BCOP, MPH has extensive work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Eric is currently serving as the Field Medical Director (West) at Syndax Pharmaceuticals since May 2023. Prior to joining Syndax Pharmaceuticals, they worked at Servier Pharmaceuticals where they held multiple roles including Senior Medical Science Liaison, Interim Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Hematology, Interim Field Medical Affairs Lead - Hematology, and Medical Science Liaison.

Before their tenure at Servier Pharmaceuticals, Eric worked as a Medical Science Liaison at Janssen Inc. from December 2019 to January 2021. Eric also served as the System Pharmacy Oncology Manager at Novant Health from May 2018 to December 2019.

Eric's earlier experiences include roles such as Clinical Pharmacist, Investigational Drug Services at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation at University of Washington Medical Center, and Clinical Team Leader, Adult Hematology/Oncology at Atrium Health.

Eric completed their residency at UNC Health, where they held the positions of PGY2 Hematology Oncology Specialty Pharmacy Resident and PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident. Eric started their professional journey as a Pharmacy Intern at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Eric holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP), and has a Master in Public Health (MPH) degree.

Eric Chow, PharmD, BCOP, MPH completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy from 2007 to 2011. Eric then earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2004 to 2010. Returning to academia, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the University of Washington School of Public Health from 2017 to 2020.

In addition to their education, Eric Chow obtained the certification of Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Trainings in July 2023. Eric also holds the certification of Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) from the BPS - Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
