Danielle Carne is a dedicated and passionate HR professional currently serving as the Principal HR Business Delivery Partner at Syneos Health, focusing on the UK and Ireland. With a wealth of experience including roles as Manager of Regional HR and Lead Consultant in People Solutions, Danielle has developed expertise in employee relations and management coaching. Prior to joining Syneos Health, Danielle worked at ERS as an Employee Relations Specialist and held several HR positions. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales and CIPD Level 5 qualifications in Human Resources Management.
