Liliana Downs

Liliana Downs is an experienced security professional with a strong background in intelligence and risk analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Security Intelligence at Syngenta Group since June 2022, Liliana leads the identification and dissemination of information regarding key security threats while fostering relationships with intelligence agencies and security professionals. Prior to this role, Liliana was the Intelligence Analyst and Country Security Manager at Syngenta, where critical investigations were conducted in the EAME North-West region. Earlier experience includes roles as an Intelligence Analyst at Tempest SI and a Researcher at HireRight, as well as a Research Assistant with the Terrorism and Political Violence Association. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism from UCL and an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
