Melinda Schaller

Melinda Schaller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication and collaboration strategies, currently serving as the Global IT Capability Lead for Strategy & Operations at Syngenta Group since August 2019. Schaller has a proven track record of enhancing productivity and adoption of digital platforms for a global user base of approximately 45,000, including the creation of the Work Better Wednesdays training program. Prior roles at Syngenta included Global Communications Manager and Communications Specialist, where Schaller fostered relationships across multiple business sectors in 90 countries. Earlier experience includes positions at ABB Turbo Systems AG, Thrive PR & Communications, Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, and roles in journalism and editorial capacities at UTalkMarketing.com and Business Spectator. Schaller holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a major in Journalism and a minor in Creative Writing from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
