Anil Agrawal

Anil Agrawal is the current Chief Financial Officer at Syntel Inc. Prior to this, they were with Atos Syntel from October 2018 to February 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and part of the COO's Strategic Core Team. Their responsibilities there included deal pricing and structuring, revenue and margin improvement, and operations excellence. Agrawal has also been with Syntel from March 2001 to October 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Anil was responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and internal audit. From April 2000 to March 2001, they were Sr. Executive Finance at Wockhardt. Agrawal is a highly experienced financial executive with over 20 years of experience in various aspects of finance.

Anil Agrawal has a CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a CPA from Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a CWA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a CS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Anil also has a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI and a CA from INSEAD.

Anil Agrawal reports to Rakesh Khanna, CEO. They work with Jerry Mathews - Industry Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences, John Van Geel - Head of RBUs, and Vinodh Balaraman - Industry Head of Resources & Services.
