Zoë Freeman

Zoë works with a great team of in-house and out-sourced colleagues to coordinate Synthace's HR and 'people ops', facilities management, IT, information security and data protection. She works closely with the Health and Safety committee and the Finance team.

She joined Synthace in 2016 and helped lead the building of and move to our new offices and labs at White City Place.

Zoë has a PhD in Bacterial Pathogenesis and previously worked in microbiology research. While at a trade association for UK biotech, she covered science policy and government liaison for issues relating to biotech finance, the business environment, IP, science communications, and topics including cell and gene therapy and synthetic or engineering biology.
