Clayton Baxter

Clayton Baxter currently serves as the Head of Partnerships at Synthesized, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Clayton held various leadership positions at Tricentis from February 2018 to September 2025, including Vice President of GSI & Advisory Alliances and Vice President of Alliances & Channels for the EMEA region, as well as the Director of Global Alliances. Previous experience includes serving as the Channel & Alliances Director for EMEA at Delphix and as Alliances Director at Hewlett-Packard. Clayton also worked at EMC as the Strategic Alliances Manager for the EMEA region and began a career at Quest Software, where responsibilities included Partner & Alliances Manager and Enterprise Account Manager. Educational background includes a degree in Education Psychology from Cardiff University, completed between 1997 and 2000.
