Diadra Wilson

Diadra Wilson is a talent acquisition expert with over 15 years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 corporations, including Unilever, Viacom, Indeed.com, and Louis Vuitton. As VP of Talent at SYPartners, Diadra develops and leads our Talent strategy and experience, partnering firmwide on recruiting future SYPeas with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

She most recently led global talent acquisition and onboarding efforts for Dow Jones, where she established a reputation for building diverse recruiting initiatives across various channels and industries. Her responsibilities included designing long-term strategies and relationships for comprehensive talent acquisition programs with a focus on developing human resource-driven relationships. She also cultivated partnerships and programs that created employer of choice branding and recruiting opportunities for diverse top-tier talent.

Previously, Wilson served as Manager, Recruiting for A+E Networks, where she led recruitment for Production, Programming, Marketing, Communications, Digital Tech, and Digital Media. Wilson developed recruiting programs and partnerships with veteran and diversity organizations to promote key A+E Networks opportunities and to position the company as the employer of choice amongst top media organizations.

In addition to leading diversity-driven recruiting strategies for global corporations, Wilson was recently featured on Lifetime’s: HerTake and has served on a number of panels, including Bloomingdale’s: Diversity in the Workplace, Enactus World Cup: Women in Economics, A+E Networks’ Sisters in Media panels. Wilson is a graduate of William Paterson University with a B.A. in Journalism. Wilson currently lives in New Jersey with her partner and three children.
