Kristy Cobill

Kristy (Riley) Cobill has a diverse work experience starting as an Office of Advancement Phonathon Associate at Marist College in 2009. Kristy then moved on to roles such as Sales and Promotions Intern at Valley Vodka Inc., Event Coordination Intern at Max's Tavern, Development Associate at Heritage Academy, SEO Public Relations Analyst at Garvey Communication Associates Inc., and Senior Client Service Associate at William Gallagher Associates and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Kristy transitioned to Customer Success Manager at CarGurus before landing roles at Syros Pharmaceuticals, where they climbed the HR ladder from HR & Legal Coordinator to Director, Human Resources.

Kristy (Riley) Cobill attended Marist College from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication at Western New England University, graduating in 2012. In 2019, they obtained a certification as an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights. Additionally, they are a certified RYT® 200 Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
