The board of directors at Sysco has a long and varied history. Many of the members have retired from other companies, such as UPS, and have come to Sysco with a wealth of experience. Others have been directors at other companies, such as ITW, and have brought their knowledge of the industry to Sysco. All of the members of the board have impressive educational backgrounds, including degrees in accounting and business/management from Loyola University Chicago and Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. With such a diverse and experienced group leading the company, it is no wonder that Sysco has been so successful.
