Lorraine Edwards

Lorraine is a qualified midwife with over ten years of experience, specialised in high-risk pregnancy and labour. Her expertise includes working as an IT midwife deploying a new clinical system including workflows, best clinical practice, testing, training, and adoption. She also has experience in strategising, developing and implementing women’s health and clinical documents for doctors, nurses and AHPs. Lorraine is passionate about improving workflows as well as enable more joined up care for hospitals and between hospitals and the community. And her role of Clinical Adoption Specialist at System C enables her to do just that. One of her proud achievements is a rapid deployment of PEWS, Paediatric e-Observation system including Early Warning Score, helping the Trust bring about a safer system for its young patients.
