Capt Swati Sharma

Capt Swati Sharma has over 20 years of diverse experience in management and administration. Currently serving as the TA Operations Manager at SYSTRA since November 2017, responsibilities include overseeing Talent Acquisition orientation for new team members. Previously, as Facility Manager, managed a team of 33 and oversaw the general administration of the Faridabad head office and six regional offices across India. At HCL Technologies Ltd, from November 2010 to October 2017, served as AM-Administration, managing a facility of 126 employees and acting as the Single Point of Contact for the training vertical and SEZ. Capt Swati Sharma also served in the Indian Army from August 2003 to August 2010, holding the rank of Captain and Lieutenant while overseeing ward management. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with various diplomas in HRM, advertising, and nursing.
