Martin Coughlan

Martin Coughlan has extensive experience in software engineering and management, with a career spanning several notable companies. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at T-Pro since November 2025, Martin previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Cubic³ from August 2020 to November 2025, where Martin began during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to this, Martin spent over 14 years at Symantec in various roles, ultimately becoming the Head of Engineering for Rulespace, focusing on web content categorization technology. Martin's early career included impactful roles such as Senior Software Engineer and Development Manager, with a focus on localization and internationalization projects. Martin holds a BSc in Software Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, completed in 1995.
