Frank Rubin

Frank Rubin is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in project and program management, specializing in IT transition and transformation, strategic outsourcing, and IT service delivery. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at T-Systems International GmbH since February 2020, Frank Rubin focuses on IT operations, security, compliance, and project management. Prior to this role, Frank Rubin held a similar position at IBM for nearly 19 years.
