Phillip Whitley

Phillip Whitley has a diverse background in education and management, with significant experience spanning over three decades. Whitley served as Principal for the Troup County School System from 1988 to 1999, and later held the position of Director of Education at Microtrain Technologies from 2001 to 2003. After that, Whitley has been with T-Systems since June 2003, currently working as Senior Manager for Partner Management and End User Services. Since August 2017, Phillip Whitley has been retired. Academic qualifications include an Ed.S. and a Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of West Georgia, and a B.S. in Music Education from Jacksonville State University.
