Jill Irwin

Jill Irwin is a highly experienced professional in technical writing and editing, currently serving as an On-call Technical Editor at Confluence Environmental since March 2025 and as a Senior Technical Editor at T.Y. Lin International since January 2022. As the Owner and Senior Technical Writer/Editor of Irwin Writing/Editing since October 2003, Jill manages a certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in Washington, specializing in NEPA/SEPA environmental impact statements for various government entities. Previous experience includes serving as a Publications Specialist at CH2M HILL from 1994 to 2006 and a Technical Writer/Editor at URS Corporation from 1999 to 2003, where Jill focused on environmental reports and engineering documents. Jill holds a Certificate in Technical Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Washington.
