Mark F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geopolitical research, national security, and diplomacy. Currently serving as Director at Cogence since June 2023, Mark specializes in complex environments. In parallel, Mark holds the position of Program Director for National Security & Resilience at TAG International, managing the UK-Georgia Cyber Partnership to enhance cyber resilience in Georgia.
