Oksana Gelfand

Oksana Gelfand, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Global Account Director at Tag since March 2022, having previously held the position of Global Clinical Trials Manager at Merck from December 2019 to March 2022. Earlier in their career, Oksana worked at Tag as a Sr. Global Executive from July 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included contributing to strategy-oriented intellectual capital for clients and managing client relationships. Oksana holds a certificate from the Yale University SOM Executive Education Women’s Leadership Program (2020-2021) and an MBA in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (2012-2014). Oksana also earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Penn State University (2008-2010).
