The board of directors at Tailwind has a lot of experience with startups and organizations. Two of the directors have founded their own startups, one in the wedding industry and one in the financial industry. Both have also worked with large organizations, such as Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. They also have a lot of experience in operations and industrial engineering from their time at Cornell University.
