Amir Benhadji-Schaff

Amir Benhadji-Schaff is a seasoned professional in the field of analytics and information management, currently serving as Director of Analytics, GenAI & Information Management at Takeda since October 2015, following the acquisition of Shire. In this role, Amir leads the development of Medical Affairs analytics and data science strategies, overseeing projects that include dashboards, reports, NLP initiatives, and data governance. Prior experience includes positions at Cubist Pharmaceuticals (Merck & Co), Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Biogen Idec, Intel, Mars, and CFH Telescope, where Amir provided leadership in IT program management, system architecture, and business intelligence solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from IMT Atlantique and an engineering degree from Institut Ingénierie des Medias / Architecture de la Communication.
