Stephanie Williams, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director and Global Learning Strategy & Operations Lead at Takeda since April 2016, having progressed through various roles including Senior Project Manager for Oncology and External Supply Small Molecule, Senior Launch Project Manager, Packaging Engineering Manager, and Packaging Development Engineer. Prior experience includes a Packaging Engineer Co-Op position at L'Oréal from July to December 2015. Stephanie holds an MBA in Health Sector Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, completed in 2015.
