Pamela Mbalo

Pamela Mbalo, CTP, serves as the Senior Manager of People at Tala (formerly InVenture) since April 2016, overseeing operations for Kenya and East Africa, managing a team of 193 employees, and promoting organizational values. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Collections at Tala, where Pamela established internal collections processes and analyzed performance metrics. Before joining Tala, Pamela held the position of Collections Manager-Kenya at Fourth Generation Capital Limited and worked at KCB Bank Group in various roles, including Micro Finance Officer and Graduate Trainee, gaining expertise in credit management and customer relations. Pamela's educational background includes certifications in talent practice and human resource analysis from the American Academy of Project Management, a specialization in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Kenyatta University.
