Aaron Pederson

Aaron Pederson has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and cloud engineering. Aaron'smost recent role was as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Talent Systems, LLC, where they began in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TELUS Digital as a Senior DevOps Engineer from April 2021 to January 2022. Aaron also served as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Real Estate Webmasters from November 2019 to April 2021.

In 2019, Aaron held two positions. Aaron worked as a Cloud Engineer at FI.SPAN from June to October, where they focused on maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure in an AWS environment. Prior to that, they worked at Change Healthcare from February to June, where they were part of a team responsible for migrating medical applications to a secure cloud environment using GCP, Docker, and Ansible.

Additionally, Aaron gained experience at Telus Communications, where they worked from March 2013 to January 2019. In this role, they had diverse responsibilities including Amazon Web Services, infrastructure management and security, software development and maintenance, web traffic analytics, server resilience, monitoring and reporting, and network design and routing. Aaron also held leadership positions as the GCM Held Orders Team Lead from September 2013 to July 2014 and as an FFH Concierge Agent from March 2013 to September 2013.

Aaron Pederson attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Business Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Robert Bateman High School for their secondary education. During the same period, in 2003 to 2004, they also studied Network Engineering at W.J. Mouat Secondary. Additionally, Aaron Pederson obtained certifications in Google Cloud Platform. In February 2019, they completed the "Google Cloud Platform Essential Training" course at Lynda.com, and in June 2018, they completed the "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" course at Coursera.
