Madeleine Nguyen

Madeleine Nguyen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Talentdrop. Madeleine has over seven years of experience in talent acquisition and management.

Nguyen began their career as a Junior Attorney on contract with various companies. Madeleine then transitioned into recruitment, becoming a Recruitment Consultant with the MitchelLake Group. After a year with MitchelLake, they joined Riviera Partners as a Technical Recruiter.

In 2014, Nguyen joined Instacart as Technical and Corporate Recruiter. Madeleine was promoted to Manager of the Talent Acquisition Team at Snap Inc. two years later. In 2018, they left Snap Inc. to join Facebook as a Recruiter.

After a year with Facebook, Nguyen joined Uber as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Madeleine left Uber in October 2019 to start Talentdrop.

Madeleine Nguyen has a B.A. in Classical Studies from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Madeleine also attended Y Combinator, a startup accelerator.
