Andrei-Mihai Vlad

Andrei-Mihai Vlad, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Software Development at Talentia Software, a position held since July 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at IBM, where roles spanned from Romania Software Lab Leader to Program Director in Business Analytics. At IBM, Andrei-Mihai led operational management of a software lab, facilitated innovative educational programs, and fostered partnerships with universities. Achievements also include driving cloud transitions and digital transformation initiatives in financial performance management, as well as building highly skilled teams focused on automation and test-driven development at Clarity Systems before its acquisition by IBM. Andrei-Mihai holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
