Nuno Barata

Nuno Barata is an experienced professional with a background in product management and technical consulting, currently serving as an Associate Product Manager for the Data Platform at Talkdesk since January 2022. In this role, Nuno is responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap while creating user stories and feature requirements. Previously, Nuno held positions at Altitude Software as a Technical Support Engineer and IT Consultant, focusing on contact center integration projects and technical support. Additional experience includes serving as an IT Advisor at KPMG Advisory, where assessments of IT controls in various sectors were conducted, and as a Quality Manager at Closer. Nuno began professional development at KPMG Tax & Advisory as a probationer, contributing to business continuity management projects. Nuno holds a Post Graduation degree in Business Management and Information from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
