Dr. Quianda Harris

Associate Dean For Advocacy And Accessibility at Talladega College

Dr. Quianda Harris, Ed.D, currently serves as the Associate Dean for Advocacy and Accessibility at Talladega College, focusing on ensuring equal access to education for students with disabilities. Previously, Dr. Harris was the Director of the Office of Violence Against Women at Motlow State Community College, where oversight of grant implementation and stakeholder communication occurred. Dr. Harris has extensive experience in counseling and workforce dynamics, having worked as a Workforce Dynamics Consultant at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and a Licensed Professional Counselor at Middle Tennessee State University. Earlier roles include Crisis Counselor for the Metro Nashville Police Department and Therapist II at Comprehensive Outpatient Services, demonstrating expertise in mental health and crisis intervention. Dr. Harris holds a Doctor of Education in Higher and Post-Secondary Education from Argosy University, a Master of Science in Education in Counseling from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University.
