Ofer Ben-Noon

Ofer Ben-Noon is the CEO and Co-Founder of Talon Cyber Security. Ofer has over 20 years of experience in the cyber security industry.

Ofer was previously the CEO of SafeBase, a cyber security startup that was acquired by Symantec in 2016. Prior to SafeBase, Ofer was the co-founder and CEO of Monogoto, a mobile software company that was acquired by Nokia in 2012.

Ofer has also held leadership positions at Walnut, Talon Cyber Security, Hi Auto, Hailo, Moodify, and D-ID. In 2019, Ofer was named one of the Top 50 Leaders in Cybersecurity by Forbes magazine.

Ofer Ben-Noon attended the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and then went on to study Computer Science and Entrepreneurship at the same school. After that, they pursued a degree in Management, Entrepreneurship and Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
