Tulika Balachander has over 17 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Recruitment field. Tulika began their career in 2004 as a Marketing Executive for Infomedia India Ltd. In 2005, they became a Business Development, Recruitment Consultant for Mafoi Randstad. In 2007, they moved to Sify as a Regional HR Manager, where they managed a team of 3 people across 6 offices. Tulika was responsible for manpower planning & staffing, General HR, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives. In 2010, they joined Winston Taylor IT Recruitment as a Recruiter, and simultaneously joined Gartner UK Ltd. as a Senior Recruiter- Gartner Business Services, Senior Recruiter- Technology Advisory Enterprise Sales EMEA, UK&I, Recruitment Relationship Manager UK&I Enterprise Sales, Recruitment Relationship Manager- EMEA- Consulting BU, and Talent Sourcer EMEA- Research and other BU's. In 2019, they joined Qualtrics as a Manager, Talent Acquisition and Sr. Talent Partner, where they managed a 9 member team responsible for hiring across EMEA for 12 different BU's. Currently, they are a Sr. Director at Talos.

Tulika Balachander obtained their Post Graduation in Business Administration from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies between 2002 and 2004. In October 2020, they earned a Phenom People Certification from Phenom People.
