Fred Rafilson

Fred Rafilson is the current Chief I/O Psychologist at Talview. Fred has also served as the Chief Scientist/Workforce for RAD Science Solution (Research & Assessment Design), Principal for Rafilson & Associates, LLC, and Founder, Consultant for I/O Solutions, Inc. In their 26 years of experience, they have been committed to serving students, workers, life-long learners, employers, and other key stakeholders by providing personalized information as they navigate the 21st Century. In their role at Talview, they are motivated by the mission to provide access, break barriers, and cross divides for all individuals. In their previous role at HackerRank, they helped thousands of recruiters and educators in more than 120 countries trust him to reimagine, humanize, and democratize their large-scale recruiting and credentialing processes.

Fred Rafilson has a Ph.D from the Illinois Institute of Technology in industrial and organizational psychology and a B.S. from the University of Illinois in psychology.
