Jon McDevitt

Jon McDevitt is an experienced professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Knowledge, Performance and Insight Manager and Corporate GIS Manager at Tamworth Borough Council since March 2005, Jon has focused on integrating GIS into the authority's operations, introducing Corporate GIS and web mapping technology. Prior to this role, Jon was a GIS Project Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence and worked as an Environmental Protection Officer at North West Leicestershire District Council. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Oxford Brookes University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
